Return of goods
The consumer’s right to return goods is excluded in the case of:
– Contracts in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated item, produced to the consumer’s specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs.
– Contracts in which the object of performance is an item personalized to the consumer’s specifications or to meet his individual needs.
– The goods or packaging has been damaged.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract
– in the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the items (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

3 Delivery and costs
Production time for the game table is usually 10-16 weeks. After this time, the table is ready for shipment.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the table, and the place of shipment.

- express shipping (2 – 4 working days) – PLN 399
The cost of shipping to European countries:
- standard shipping (4 – 7 business days) – 99 €
- Express shipping (2 – 4 business days) – € 199
Cost of shipping to the US
- standard shipping (10 – 25 working days) – €730
